The Financial Times reviews the Musee d’Orsay’s exhibition, ‘A Ballad of Love and Death: Pre-Raphaelite Photography in Great Britain, 1848-1875’. The exhibition runs from 8th March until 29th May and was previously at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, from 31 October 2010 to 30 January 2011.
According to the Financial Times, the exhibition includes ‘ a fine 1860s historical study by Ronald Leslie Melville entitled “The Duke of Northumberland offering the Crown to Lady Jane Grey.’
